The extra virgin olive oil EA results from a careful selection of olives Cobrançosa, Galician, Cordovil and Arbequina, to which are added other as Maçanilha, Carrasquenha and Picual. 
On the whole, these varieties give it great complexity and intensity of aromas of various fruits in harmony with a flavor and green and grass, bitter leaf and spicy, with soft notes of exotic spices.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil EA is extracted cold (up to 27) using modern but simple technology, only by physical processes - mechanical. 
All oil production follows well-defined criteria of food quality (ISO9001 and 22000), requiring a strict quality control.
It should be kept in a cool place free of extraneous odor, protected from light.
