The World's Best Olive Oil is Portuguese and is Oliveira da Serra! For the third consecutive year, Oliveira da Serra ensure the Gold Medal in the category Fruity Green Light, the most prestigious international competition level - the Mario Solinas Quality Award.

This distinction results from the enormous commitment and dedication that Oliveira da Serra has provided the quality of their oil. A work that began in olive plantation of Portugal, consisting of more than 10 million olive trees, and is careful daily with commitment and rigor.

Mario Solinas Quality Award is a very prestigious competition, organized by the International Olive Council, which brings together the world's best olive oil producers. The evaluation is made by an international panel of judges that assigns a score that appreciates harmony, complexity and persistence of oil to the competition.
